“Casa La 55” Downtown Mérida

From a “cuchitril” to a boutique house. Old house in the historic downtown Merida whose remodeling was designed by Architect Manuel Mestre.

Taking advantage of the original structure with stone masonry walls, we remodeled this house on a lot of 6 m wide × 60 deep, resulting in a 3 bedroom house with unique environments that invite you to feel like a honeymoon. The walls are finished with chukum and floors are made with pasta tiles from the peninsula with forged carpets with ball stone and white cement.
