La Lagunita, San Andrés. Located near the road from Malinalco to Cuernavaca, on a 33 ha plot of land. We visited the land for the first time with the former owner, who let us know that there was a vein of water in the subsoil. Later, during a walking tour with a local “VARERO”, he pointed out to us the precise place where the water vein passes, and BANG! About 20 months later, from that vein of water rises the lagoon, the center of attraction of the property, and all the buildings that make up the development, built of adobe made in-situm with the hands of local artisans to give rise to the main house and three guest houses. A lake that is constantly fed by the water vein that flows to return to its natural course.
